The AWANA curriculum and program is a Bible-based teaching for kids starting at the age of 2 through 6th grade giving them the opportunity to know, love and serve Jesus no matter what their background is.  A typical Awana Club night revolves around games, worship, scripture memorization and Bible knowledge.

Our Awana Clubs meet during the school year (Sept - May) on Wednesday Evenings from 5:55 pm - 8:00 pm.

The following Awana Clubs are offered at Laveen Baptist Church:

• Puggles (2 year olds - parents must be on campus)
• Cubbies (3 & 4 year olds)
• Sparks (Kindergarten through 2nd Grade)
• T & T (3rd - 6th Grade) 

We do charge a nominal fee for AWANA but it is just to pay for the uniform (shirt or vest) book and awards.  Specific fee information is available on the Participants Registration Page.  Scholorships (full or partial) are available.
