		Please note that as of August 1st, the time for the early service has moved 15 minutes earlier, from 8:15 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Mark your calendar so you don't forget. It is Directory Photo time! Please sign up for you free photo to be put in the New Church Directory for 2010. We need everyone to get one taken for the directory. We are getting new families and in order to get to know them as well as them getting to know you, we will ask that you participate.(Pictures will be taken by a church member and there will be pressure to buy) The sign up sheets for times & dates are in the foyer. Please fill them up.

Our Statement of Faith

"We believe in the inspiration and authority of the Bible, that God is eternally triune, that man

is sinful and deserves punishment, and that only Jesus Christ perfectly paid for it for all who believe, giving them eternal life. The Holy Spirit indwells those who believe and helps them live

a godly life in loving fellowship. Those who do not believe will be

eternally separated from God."

We at Laveen Baptist Church profess a living faith, rooted and grounded in Jesus Christ,

who is "the same yesterday, and today and forever." Therefore, the sole authority for

faith and practice among Baptists is Jesus Christ [as revealed] in the Holy Scriptures.
